Senior Transaction Advisory Associate 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Transaction Advisory Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a driven professional who is hungry, humble, and determined to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a CPA and public accounting experience.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support financial due diligence—identify key risks, evaluate business strengths and weaknesses, and assess transactions in relation to clients’ investment strategies.
  • Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows. Convert data into actionable insights for discussions and summarize key observations. Evaluate the quality of the target company's accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Assist in preparing financial due diligence reports and presentations, highlighting key findings and transaction drivers. Identify issues for sale/purchase agreements and provide negotiating points.
  • Participate in meetings and calls with target company management and clients, acting as a client resource.
  • Contribute to Quality of Earnings and income statement analyses.
  • Aid in Quality of Net Assets (Balance Sheet) and Working Capital analyses.
  • Compile project data books.
  • Assist with maintaining client relationships and referral partner network
Minimum Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Accounting preferred.
  • 3+ years of public accounting audit experience, preferably with middle market businesses (revenues up to $300 million).
  • Experience in financial statement audit or financial analysis.
  • Transaction advisory experience is a plus.
  • Active CPA license.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Limited travel (generally less than 10%).
