Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop the Maintenance Team: Provide hands-on leadership to ensure efficiency, accountability, and safety in daily maintenance operations.
- Drive Accountability: Set clear expectations, enforce standards, and ensure follow-through to maintain a high-performing team.
- Technical Oversight: Leverage your maintenance knowledge to guide troubleshooting and repairs, though deep expertise is not required.
- SAP Utilization: Process purchase orders and track maintenance activities using SAP.
- Coaching & Discipline: Balance mentorship with firm discipline to maintain a strong, respectful, and results-driven team dynamic.
- Preventative Maintenance: Oversee and improve preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervisory Experience: Proven experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
- Leadership Style: Firm, hands-on leader with the ability to enforce accountability and maintain team discipline.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of maintenance processes, though an expert-level background is not required.
- SAP Proficiency: Experience using SAP for purchase orders and tracking maintenance activities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
