- Lead and manage new product development (NPD) projects across various product lines
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment on scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans including task scheduling, risk mitigation, and budget oversight
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to execute projects on time and within budget
- Identify project risks, resolve conflicts, and adapt plans as needed to ensure success
- Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communications, reporting regularly to senior leadership
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including status reports, change logs, and risk assessments
- Champion best practices in project management and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of project management experience within product development
- Strong command of Stage Gate methodology or equivalent structured product development frameworks
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- High level of organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project or similar tools)
- PMP certification is preferred, but not required
- Assertive and confident in driving accountability across teams and keeping projects on track
- Comfortable leading meetings, aligning stakeholders, and making decisions under pressure
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive leader who brings structure and clarity to ambiguous environments
- Collaborative, strategic, and focused on delivering measurable results
