Medical Call Center Representative (Remote – Dallas, TX)
$18/hr | Seasonal: Dec 2025 – Feb 2026

Join our client's team as a Medical Call Center Representative and make an impact by helping patients access the care they need. This is a remote, seasonal opportunity (local candidates only for equipment pick-up and orientation).

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, verifying insurance and patient benefits.

  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries.

  • Communicate with insurance payers and escalate delays when needed.

  • Meet performance goals in a fast-paced healthcare call center environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ year experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance call center.

  • Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and copay programs a plus.

  • Strong MS Office skills and proven ability to work remotely.

Schedule:

  • Training: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM (starting early Dec).

  • After training: Mon–Fri, shifts between 8 AM–8 PM.

  • Must commit to full assignment (Dec–Feb).
