Position Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinators to support a short-term initiative focused on organizing and analyzing third-party partnership data. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, data consolidation, and project support to streamline current external integrations and enhance internal visibility. Ideal candidates will have experience with data entry, research, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry across internal tracking systems and spreadsheets

  • Research third-party vendors or partners to identify existing agreements and key contract terms

  • Classify agreement types and extract relevant information, including term length and usage data

  • Coordinate basic project tasks to ensure timely collection and documentation of data

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather missing information and verify data accuracy

  • Summarize findings into clear, structured reports or dashboards for leadership review

  • Maintain data consistency and integrity across all documentation

  • Support preparation of materials used for project updates and stakeholder communications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency with Excel and online research tools

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative

  • Familiarity with business agreements or corporate partnerships (a plus, not required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or project coordination

  • Background in a professional, corporate, or consulting environment
