Now Hiring: HR Shared Services Representative
Hybrid | Grand Prairie, TX | $21/hour | 9-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
Are you looking to grow your career in Human Resources? We’re seeking an HR Shared Services Representative to provide HR support for associates and business partners in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle, with the potential to extend beyond the initial contract.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to HR-related inquiries via phone and email, resolving within defined timelines.
Research and resolve moderately complex HR, payroll, benefits, and policy questions.
Partner with HR subject matter experts to address escalated issues.
Educate associates on HR tools and processes, including HRIS, timekeeping, and learning systems.
Support HR processes such as compensation, talent management, and compliance reporting.
Perform data entry and audits in HR systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of HR or HR support experience (customer service experience required).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR systems experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
