Position Detail:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location - Houston, TX  77023 (5 days onsite)
Duration - 3+ Months Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Payrate - $18/hr on W2 -  Weekly Payout
Shift : Monday through Saturday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:
We’re seeking a dependable and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team supporting last-mile delivery operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring outstanding service to customers, drivers, and business partners, while helping to resolve challenges quickly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and solution-oriented manner
  • Manage delivery issues, cancellations, and route tracking
  • Scan haul-away pods and confirm delivery stamp verifications
  • Monitor progress of ongoing delivery routes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complaints effectively under pressure
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries
Qualifications:
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call centre experience preferred)
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
