What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers on assigned projects, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met using critical path planning.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and report monthly on project performance.
- Oversee purchasing of project materials and components; coordinate subcontractors and vendors as needed.
- Ensure technical and commercial requirements are met in line with specifications and contracts.
- Support project commissioning, installation, and quality control activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, expense reports, and service reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve project performance, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in automation, equipment manufacturing, or engineering-driven projects.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to groups and interacting with customers.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly, manage competing priorities, and work both independently and as part of a team.
