Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite)

Pay Rate: Up to $52/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Process Automation Specialist with hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and related tools. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and implement solutions that streamline business operations, automate workflows, and enhance reporting/analytics. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, automated tools that drive efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business execution.

  • Build tools such as:

    • Error Tracking Dashboards to capture and visualize error data.

    • Knowledge Assessment Tools to automate test distribution and result tracking.

  • Integrate Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI for centralized data and accessibility.

  • Automate communications and task flows using Power Automate.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.

  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures while driving process improvement.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Power Apps: Application development, form creation, collections, environment management.

  • Power Automate: Flow creation, automated email/task distribution.

  • Power BI: Dashboard and chart creation from diverse data sources.

  • SharePoint: Site/list creation, Excel integration, settings modification.

  • Excel Macros / VBA: Automation and scripting within Excel.

  • Tableau: Data visualization and dashboard creation.

  • Jira: Request tracking and analysis.

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

  • Programming: C++, JavaScript, Python, Power Fx.

  • Platforms: Azure, Visual Studio.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in automation, dashboards/reporting, and workflow development.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across teams.
