Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite, 5 days a week)
Pay Rate: Up to $52/hr

Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience managing complex programs in highly regulated environments, particularly within Financial Crimes, AML, and BSA domains. This role requires strong leadership in change management, risk mitigation, and program execution across large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple, moderately complex initiatives and ensure delivery of project objectives.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and regular status reporting.

• Drive performance, strategy, and business execution as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

• Oversee implementation of key risk and compliance initiatives related to Financial Crimes and AML.

• Facilitate executive-level discussions and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

• Collaborate across multiple business and control functions to ensure alignment on program goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Crimes / AML / BSA programs.

• Proficiency in change management, program delivery, and risk mitigation.

• Advanced organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
