Integration Developer – ERP Systems
 
We are seeking a talented Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain system integrations involving the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP platform. This role will play a key part in enabling seamless data flows between P21 and a range of business applications such as Salesforce, banking platforms, EDI systems, BI tools, and eCommerce platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support integrations between P21 and other internal/external systems.
• Leverage APIs, SQL scripts, middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, or .NET services), and native P21 interfaces to enable smooth system connectivity.
• Manage data mapping, transformations, and validations across platforms.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance in all system integrations.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain existing integrations and data flows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to integration processes and workflows.
• Contribute to ERP implementations and enhancement projects requiring system interoperability.
• Identify and implement automation or process improvements through enhanced integrations.
• Provide support for business-critical systems including CRM, financial platforms, and data analytics infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with system integrations, ideally within an ERP context.
• Strong experience with:
  • SQL Server / T-SQL
  • RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Middleware or custom integration frameworks
• Proficient in EDI, ETL, and flat file processing methods.
• Familiarity with Prophet 21 data models and operational workflows.
• Solid understanding of distribution, warehousing, and order management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience integrating P21 with Salesforce, eCommerce platforms, banking systems, or data warehouses.
• Exposure to tools such as Boomi, Jitterbit, Celigo, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Knowledge of .NET or Python scripting for integration tasks.
• Understanding of data security and compliance best practices.

• High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and reliability.
