What You’ll Do
- Review, audit, and process loan and lease title documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Release vehicle and equipment titles upon payoff and handle lienholder sign-offs
- Research and resolve discrepancies in title records with customers, dealerships, and DMVs
- Prepare correction packets, bills of sale, and power of attorney forms as needed
- Track service requests and ensure all items meet processing deadlines and SLAs
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of related experience in finance, lending, or operations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort managing work queues and data systems
- A team-first attitude, professional communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday | 8:00–4:30 or 8:00–5:00 (depending on lunch schedule)
- Onsite only – downtown Minneapolis office due to secure handling of title documents
- Occasional overtime during peak processing periods
