About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Loan Documentation Specialist to join our Commercial Lending Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing complex loan documentation tasks while supporting escalated issues across the loan life cycle. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong customer-facing backgrounds who thrive in high-volume, compliance-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute detailed transactional tasks related to commercial loan documentation.
Review and validate loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
Respond to and resolve escalated inquiries from internal teams and clients.
Work cross-functionally with departments including Loan Administration, Sales, and Collections.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into loan servicing systems.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Loan Processing, Servicing, or underwriting experience, or related financial services experience
Familiarity with financial documentation processes and regulatory requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems/tools.
