Location: Shoreview, MN
Pay Rate: Up to $18.10/hr
Job Type: Contract (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Shift: Sun-Mon-Tue-Fri-Sat

About the Role:
We are seeking an Operations Processor to join our team in Shoreview, MN. In this role, you will support daily operations by performing routine processing tasks, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to an efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine operational tasks such as capturing, sorting, and distributing items or documents using machinery

• Prepare and organize work for machine processing

• Complete data entry (10-key) and maintain accuracy in records

• Support lockbox operations and clerical processing functions

• Escalate questions or non-routine issues to supervisors

• Work independently while contributing to a team environment

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of operations support, clerical, or processing experience (work, training, military, or education)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a structured, fast-paced environment

• Basic computer knowledge and numerical/data entry skills

• Lockbox experience strongly preferred

• Ability to lift 10+ lbs and sit/stand for extended periods

• Willingness to work additional hours and some bank holidays as required
