- Manage and lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple active workstreams.
- Oversee New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Drive manufacturing-related projects, including cross-border initiatives involving facilities in the U.S., Mexico, and Asia.
- Apply Stage Gate methodology to monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure compliance with internal development protocols.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in product management, engineering, operations, and supply chain.
- Track milestones, resolve project issues, and report on progress, budgets, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Facilitate collaboration across disciplines to keep projects organized, on schedule, and within scope.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably within NPD or manufacturing-focused organizations.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of the Stage Gate process.
- Prior experience in the durable goods industry is highly preferred (e.g., tools, appliances, or consumer hardware).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines and drive execution in hybrid work environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- PMP or related certification is a plus but not required.
