Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, enterprise initiatives within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. In this role, you’ll drive strategic programs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of key business and technology objectives.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing complex projects end-to-end, with strong communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

• Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource planning to ensure on-time delivery.

• Prepare project documentation and communicate updates to leadership.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within large or complex organizations.

• Experience managing cross-functional or enterprise-level projects.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Excel, or similar tools.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.

• Background in financial services, banking, or enterprise change initiatives.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
