Pay Rate: Up to $67/hour (W2 Contract)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead key initiatives for the Global Operations Book of Work. In this role, you’ll drive large-scale change, ensure compliance with enterprise change management, and work closely with leadership to deliver impactful, long-term solutions within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of enterprise-level projects across Global Operations.

• Drive execution, planning, and risk management for cross-functional initiatives.

• Collaborate with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to align on priorities.

• Ensure adherence to enterprise change management and governance standards.

• Present updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of Project Management or Strategic Planning experience.

• Strong background in change management, risk, and compliance.

• Experience leading cross-functional, large-scale projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with project tracking/reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, Smartsheet, etc.).

Preferred:

• Consulting background (strategy or transformation).

• Financial services or banking experience.

• Proven ability to influence senior/executive stakeholders.
