Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Contract | Max Pay Rate: $52/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Business Process Improvement to support a variety of operational and strategic initiatives. In this role, you’ll work across multiple business functions to analyze processes, identify gaps, and drive the implementation of improvements that align with organizational goals.
You will partner closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with established procedures. This position requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage business execution activities and support project planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support moderately complex business initiatives and process improvement projects.
Analyze operational data and business workflows to identify inefficiencies or risks.
Contribute to planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure successful completion of tasks.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support business decision-making.
Ensure all work aligns with company policies, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in business execution, process improvement, project coordination, or strategic planning, or equivalent experience through education, training, or military background.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana) preferred.
