Job Title: Collections & Client Support Associate
Contract to Hire
On-Site | Monday–Friday (Option for 5x8 or 4x10 Schedule)
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Overview:
A growing wealth management team is seeking a motivated and professional Collections & Client Support Associate to assist in managing client accounts, resolving outstanding balances, and supporting overall client satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in representing a high-performing organization with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to clients regarding account balances, payment reminders, and resolution of overdue accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and account questions via phone, email, or written correspondence.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, payment arrangements, and account status updates in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
Support follow-up efforts to improve account receivables and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist with administrative tasks related to collections, reporting, and account documentation.
Qualifications:
Strong phone presence with confidence in client-facing communications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Comfortable interacting with clients at various levels of the organization.
Prior experience in collections, customer service, or account management preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
Work Environment & Schedule:
On-site position (no remote option).
Flexible schedule options: Monday–Friday (five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days).
Professional, team-oriented office environment supporting high-value client relationships.
