About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will provide outstanding technical and customer support in a fast-paced call center environment. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound support requests via phone and email, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through timely issue resolution.

This position requires someone who is flexible, customer-focused, and comfortable working onsite five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to users via phone, email, and chat channels.

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex matters as needed.

• Document issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in ticketing systems.

• Manage call queues and maintain service levels for customer response times.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve user issues and improve processes.

• Deliver excellent service and maintain professionalism during all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Technical Support, Call Center Operations, or a related field.

• Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and written).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC troubleshooting.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs in a support environment.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a call center or help desk environment.

• Familiarity with Level 1 or Level 2 support processes.

• Ability to follow structured schedules and meet daily service metrics.
