Job Title: Client Associate
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Schedule: Part-time, 15 hours per week (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
Contract | Max Pay Rate: $21/hr
About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Client Associate to support an Executive in Marketing and Client Acquisition. This part-time position focuses on managing client data, coordinating outreach, and assisting in daily operational and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support executive marketing initiatives by preparing client outreach lists and updating Excel databases.
Clean and maintain client information for accuracy and consistency.
Assist with drafting and sending client emails and marketing correspondence.
Track communication progress and follow up as directed.
Collaborate with the executive on administrative and client engagement activities.
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of operations, administrative, or marketing support experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general data entry accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written communication and ability to work independently in a professional setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting client-facing teams or marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM tools or marketing databases.
