Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative 
Location: North Largo, FL
Type: Contract
Max Pay Rate: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, rotating days off; 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)


About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers, business partners, and drivers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support daily logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and business partners via phone and email

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively

  • Diagnose and resolve delivery or service-related issues

  • Monitor and track progress of delivery routes

  • Process order changes, updates, or cancellations

  • Scan and verify haul-away pods and stamps


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or logistics environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure

  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service
