Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Fife, WA
Pay Rate: Up to $18.50/hr
Contract | Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fife, WA. In this role, you’ll be the friendly, professional voice of our company, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service. You’ll work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to resolve issues, support delivery operations, and keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
- Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems effectively
- Monitor delivery routes and ensure timely progress
- Process delivery changes, cancellations, and documentation
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
What You’ll Need
Required:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of call center or related customer service experience
