Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Passaic, NJ (Onsite)
Contract Length: Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $18.50/hr

About the Role:

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Passaic, NJ. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our customers, business partners, and drivers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help ensure seamless operations throughout the delivery process.

Shift Details:

  • Position 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (Wed/Thu Off) – 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (30 min lunch)

  • Position 2: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Tue/Wed Off) – 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (30 min lunch)

Note: Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

  • Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.

  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues effectively.

  • Monitor progress of delivery routes and provide updates as needed.

  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.

  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ year of related customer service experience, preferably in a call center.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages).
