Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Passaic, NJ (Onsite)
Contract Length: Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $18.50/hr
About the Role:
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Passaic, NJ. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our customers, business partners, and drivers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help ensure seamless operations throughout the delivery process.
Shift Details:
Position 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (Wed/Thu Off) – 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (30 min lunch)
Position 2: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Tue/Wed Off) – 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (30 min lunch)
Note: Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues effectively.
Monitor progress of delivery routes and provide updates as needed.
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of related customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages).
