Job Title: Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator

Max Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
About the Role
This isn’t your typical call-center role. As a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our warehouse operation — working directly with in-home delivery driver teams to keep schedules on track, resolve real-time issues, and support exceptional customer experiences.
We’re looking for someone bilingual in Spanish and English, dependable, and confident under pressure. If you have a background in appliance, furniture, or warehouse work, or simply enjoy being the go-to problem solver who keeps operations moving, this role is for you.
Shift & Schedule
Must be available Fridays and Saturdays
Guaranteed Sunday off
Rotating between:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Driver Communication: Stay in real-time contact with delivery teams; help troubleshoot issues, monitor routes, and report delays.
Customer Support: Handle escalated calls, de-escalate concerns, and clearly communicate updates in English and Spanish.
End-of-Day Coordination: Guide driver teams returning to the warehouse, verify returns/haul-aways, and ensure check-ins with Costco staff.
Operational Support: Work with the Lead CSR to track deliveries, log issues, and relay updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual – fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Excellent phone communication and customer-handling skills.
Dependable and flexible with changing priorities.
Proficient with computers (email, Excel, GPS tracking tools).
Calm, confident communicator who can stay firm but professional.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in dispatch, delivery operations, or warehouse logistics.
Hands-on background in appliances, furniture, or handyman work.
Familiarity with Descartes, CLX, or other logistics software.
