About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Client Associate to support a Wealth Management advisory team within a leading financial institution. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality operational and client service support, ensuring smooth daily processes for advisors and their clients.
You’ll handle a variety of administrative and operations functions — including account opening, money movement, and client documentation — while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and professionalism in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle account opening, maintenance, and documentation for client accounts.
Support money movement activities, including wires, journals, and check requests.
Manage incoming client calls and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Coordinate with advisors, operations, and compliance teams to resolve account or transaction issues.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all transactions meet internal policy and regulatory requirements.
Assist with reporting, documentation, and other office administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 6+ months of operations or client service experience in financial services.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
