Title: Entry Level Financial Analyst
Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Compensation: $23-$25/hour
Position Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in all activities. You will monitor and review transaction activity to ensure compliance with established procedures and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile daily cash movements to internal systems or bank records
Provide transaction details and corrections to relevant stakeholders
Research and interpret documentation related to financial transactions or payment issues
Monitor performance of assigned processes or partners to ensure adherence to agreements and standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, accounting, or a related analytical field, and Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or Econ- REQURIED
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyze information and make sound, independent decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
