Compensation & Schedule
• $125,000–$145,000/year
• Full-time, W2
• Occasional travel to Lexington, KY

Role Impact
This hybrid developer role bridges two powerful enterprise platforms—ServiceNow and Workfront—to streamline operations and enhance cross-team efficiency. You’ll be the go-to expert for building and maintaining custom workflows, automations, and integrations that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and automations in both ServiceNow and Workfront
• Design scalable integrations using RESTful APIs between ServiceNow, Workfront, and enterprise systems
• Translate stakeholder requirements into reliable, secure, and efficient platform solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform performance and data integrity
• Document architecture, solutions, and workflows for team use and governance

Minimum Qualifications
• 4+ years of combined experience with ServiceNow and/or Workfront platforms
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, and Business Rules for ServiceNow
• Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion, templates, forms, and report configuration
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party system integrations

Core Tech Environment

Skills 
•ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer certification
• Workfront Core Developer or Fusion certification
