About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced, professional environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

You’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth business operations and effective communication within the team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties including scheduling, filing, correspondence, and data entry

  • Assist with office organization and daily workflow management

  • Support team members with document preparation, reports, and coordination tasks

  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy

  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in managing business information

  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ months of administrative or office support experience
    (experience in customer service or office coordination is a plus)

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
