We’re seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced, professional environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
You’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth business operations and effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative and clerical duties including scheduling, filing, correspondence, and data entry
Assist with office organization and daily workflow management
Support team members with document preparation, reports, and coordination tasks
Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in managing business information
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
Experience: 6+ months of administrative or office support experience
(experience in customer service or office coordination is a plus)Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities
