Location: Saint Louis, MO (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Max Pay Rate: $24/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT

About the Role:
We are seeking a Securities Operations Representative to support day-to-day operational processes within a corporate banking environment. This role involves performing complex operational tasks, processing documents, handling checks, maintaining records, and providing support for escalated inquiries. Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong communication skills are key.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform operational data entry, record updates, and documentation review.

• Process and distribute incoming checks to appropriate internal teams.

• Operate filing and check-processing equipment as needed.

• Maintain accurate reporting using Excel and other internal tools.

• Provide support on escalated questions and requests.

• Collaborate professionally with internal teams and business partners.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Securities Operations or equivalent experience (financial operations, military, consulting, etc.)

• Strong data entry accuracy and documentation skills.

• Experience working in a corporate or financial services environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general reporting.

• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with financial institutions, banking, brokerage, or investment operations.

• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
