Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, provide HRIS expertise, and support reporting and analytics. You will play a key role in building strong relationships across the organization, with a focus on clear communication, especially with blue-collar teams. You may also lead compliance training initiatives and bring fresh ideas to enhance HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily HR operations, including job/position headcount management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HRIS administration.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate compliance training as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to support the full employee lifecycle.
  • Introduce new ideas to advance HR practices and programs.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience leading HR operations.
  • HRIS expertise required; must be comfortable as an SME.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to connect with blue-collar employees.
  • Highly collaborative, people-focused, and adaptable to a fast-growing organization.
