Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide guidance on employee relations matters and navigate complex HR challenges. You will conduct thorough investigations, manage EEOC-related processes, and deliver excellent HR customer service. Experience in construction or similar industries is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end employee relations investigations, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
- Manage formal EEOC claims and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Partner with leaders to provide guidance on complex employee matters.
- Deliver exceptional HR support and customer service to employees and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and programs.
- Serve as a resource for policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in employee relations, including investigations.
- Experience managing formal EEOC claims.
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
